Excellent service
Excellent service. Simple as that. Contacted them about a leak in our central heating system and they explained their process for investigating to find it. Hamaad came out with all the equipment and had located the suspect area in less than an hour and it was all fixed and checked out really quickly after. It might seem like a high price for this service but it really minimises the amount of upheaval this type of problem can cause. ADI, and particularly Hamaad, you’re a star!
Thorough, professional and tidy
Impressed. Our engineer, Robert, showed up on time and got started on finding the leak. Our boiler had been losing pressure, and although we suspected a leak in the lounge, we needed confirmation (and we also needed to know there were no others). He found the leak, checked the rest of the house, dug into our concrete floors (with minimal mess) and replaced two lengths of copper pipe. He was thorough, professional, tidy and explained what he was doing throughout. He also made sure we saw exactly how and where the old pipes had failed. A good experience and glad to have it sorted.
Perfect from start to finish
Robert arrived on time and was very polite and respectful of my property. He answered all the many questions I had and explained everything he was doing whilst doing it and next steps. We had a leak in the heating system - boiler kept dropping pressure -Once he drained the heating system he pumped some air and then gas. He found the leak almost immediately in a very hidden place inside our built in wardrobe! Robert is very thorough and will definitively ask for him if I have the same problem again (but hopefully not!!) thanks Robert you saved us a lot of £££££
Gabor was trustworthy and courteous
Gabor was very courteous, he explained what he was going to do and after I had explained the history he proceeded with his investigations. He removed his shoes, every time he was in the house (our boiler is in the garage) and on finding the leak demonstrated his findings and gave us options for resolving the leak. I'm a Chartered Engineer so I would have spotted any nonsense but he was as straight as a die, very trustworthy. Thank you Gabor.
Professional, efficient and effective service
Very helpful and professional from first contact with the call centre through to the plumber sorting the leak. Extremely prompt service - they came the very next day, which meant we didn't have to do without heating over the weekend! The plumber, Gabor, was very informative, keeping us abreast of what he was doing, and why, throughout the process. He found the leak, repaired it, and our central heating is now back in business. James is an asset to ADI-pipe leak/fix
James arrived on time, used high tech equipment to locate leak, then fix pipe leak, ensuring carpets etc covered. He then went above and beyond to fix an air lock and get my boiler, pressure and radiators going again, which wasn't straight forward. Also referred to concept to help deal with insurers for ceiling repair. Very friendly, professional and efficient, he is an asset to ADI!
Very Happy customer
ADI and in particular Mark Pavitt were brilliant. We had a particularly tricky situation where a builder had installed underfloor heating, completed the kitchen on top and then a leak was discovered. Mark was very polite and extremely thorough and patience working through all the various variables to find the issue. So happy its fixed and would certainly recommend.

ADI were excellent in every way. Once l had completed a certain amount of investigation it was apparent that l had a water leak, the size of my water bills were extreme. Christian from the office who l had an initial conversation was extremely helpful, professional and detailed on the service that ADI provided. Emails were prompt following the call and all in all it was a great experience. Robert turned up on the day and a continued success story. He was brilliant in every way. Courteous, hard working, and would not be beaten by this leak. He came, he saw and he conquered… literally 🤩 🤩.
Water trickling from front of house/driveway
Hamaad arrived at the exact time that had been arranged to investigate water trickling at the front of our property/driveway. He set to work testing all the water pipes exactly as had been explained to me by Dave when I booked the appointment. From start to finish of the investigation Hamaad was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he even squeezed through a small hatch to look under the floors to check for any signs of water. He is an asset to ADI. Unfortunately the problem was not resolved as the leak, wherever it is originating from, is not from our property.
Mains water leak under kitchen tiled floor
From the initial call with a waterleak in my house the description of what ADI could do calmed my anxiety down a bit. When Gabor visited, he was very relaxed and professional and filled me with confidence. The leak was detected quickly and when he said he could repair it, I was so happy. He fixed it, tested it and tidied up. Yes there is a big hole in my floor but how else could he get to the mains pipe. Job done, and we now have zero leaks and the drying process starts.
External mains water supply leak
We had an external mains water supply leak with no idea where the break was. Vincent the engineer turned up as arranged, and used specialist equipment to detect the most likely point of the leak, which turned out to be situated under a concrete drive. It turned out to be absolutely pinpoint accurate, only requiring a small hole to fix the problem. Saved us a huge amount of time and work.

Fantastic service from everyone! Gabor especially, who came out and was professional, friendly and very efficient! He had the leak identified in no time and fixed shortly after! Phew!! I had visions of my garden and patio walkways having to be dug up but luckily the leak was close to the water meter. Well done ADI!
These guys did a fantastic job.
These guys (adam and vince) did a fanastc job of finding and fixing a burst mains pipe underneath the floor, inside the house. Whilst they had to use a nematic driller/hammer to get to the issue. They did with minimal damage, and I'm amazed they manged to locate it so well. Started 9:30. Fonished by 3:30. Thanks.
Arthur turned up just before the allocated time, which is always good. My water supply system is not easy. I live on a slope & the water meter is 20 metres from the property so the leak I had could have been anywhere down that slope under the drive. Arthur checked out the stopcocks in the kitchen & the garage and proceeded to do all the relevant checks. It turned out to be a pipe that had a split buried under 600mm of sharp stone & thick concrete in my porch. Not an easy think to find & he then fixed it. I have no hesitation in recommending this company for an efficient job. Tony
Grant turned up early and explained what he’ll be doing and the processes involved. He was extremely polite and professional. Anglian water had visited briefly and said the leak was on the property and was not their responsibility to fix. Grant located the leak and it was close to the recently installed water meter and on the pavement so Anglian water’s problem. We received the video and report the following morning. Excellent service. Our engineer, Grant, arrived early. He was charming, well presented, friendly and efficient. He assessed the situation and traced the leak quickly. He made minimum impact in the shower where he had traced the pipe leak, sealing it off and cleaning up afterwards. Good job done.
On time and on budget
Operative arrived on time - to the minute - and was clean, tidy and polite. Hamaad detected a leak in my bathroom pipework which was threatening my kitchen ceiling below, got the parts and fixed the problem. He cleaned up after the job too. 100% satisfied and would definitely recommend ADI.
We had a leak behind tiles in our bathroom and ADI leak Detection were able to arrange one of their plumbers to call the next day. Using his specialist equipment he was able to identify exactly where the leak was and resolve the issues without having to remove tiling. Mark did an excellent job and kept me informed as to what was being done. One hopes not to need to use these services but ADI leak detection was certainly the right choice having had a problem.
Leaking En-Suite
Hamaad from ADI came out today to investigate a leak in our en-suite. He was very knowledgeable and kept me informed the whole time as to what he was doing and why. Hamaad was polite and friendly and I would recommend this company.
Leak found and fixed!
Gabor and Kyle arrived the next day after requesting help. They immediately got on with the job, detected the leak and fixed it. The water was leaking in considerable quantities through the ceiling into a garage with a bathroom above. The leak was actually found in the loft space above the bathroom and was not visible but water was running down pipes hidden behind a wall. We would certainly recommend this company. Gabor and Kyle were extremely efficient and pleasant, explaining their actions. Without their specialised equipment the leak would not have been found so quickly.

Not cheap but from my perspective good value for a professional job by folks with experience. Spoke on phone with Monique who explained the service and costs and sent over terma ahead of the engineers visit. Adam and Gabor very professional and found the issue after a time of testing and checking. Kept us informed during the porcess Issue was fixed on the day . Highly recommend. Pool leak
Matt and Vince arrived to find our pool leak and methodically went through the history and symptoms of the issue. They then completed a series of pressure tests and identified the issue where previous companies had failed. On a cold day with a less than perfect pool water condition (down to us) they were professional and engaging on the fault found and the way forward. Would be happy to recommend and use them again if we need to.

ADI from the start were professional and very clear regarding costs & potential further costs. The excellent engineer Matt called me with ETA on day of visit & was simply 11/10 in finding our swimming pool leak and checked every outlet for further issues. Worth every penny and the report received afterwards satisfied our insurance company. This company are unique and deserve praise for the services they provide

Large pool losing water at a rate of knots. Adam and Danny established leak was in the return pipes, found the leak through gas tracing in a difficult to access location, sealed off the pipe from within the pool (with aid of diving gear) and managed to effect a complex repair the next day with minimal disruption

The guys that came to detect a leak were extremely helpful and went above and beyond what was needed.(Mark Jones attended) They gave advice and discussed what the issue was with a leaking waste pipe. With fixed pricing plans for a day rate it helped with no grey areas on how much it would cost (other leak detection companies charge per half an hour)
Great service today
Great service today and very thorough at diagnosing the problem which was quite a complex issue to identify. Good communication from Paul the engineer and clear a lot of previous experience which was helpful. Our issue was an internal waste pipe had become disconnected from the kitchen sinks and water was draining water under the house. Would recommend.

Kyle was professional, efficient and extremely polite and personable. He found the source of the leak into our kitchen from a flat roof above where several other builders had failed. He tested and retested in a thorough and comprehensive way and explained and demonstrated what was causing the ingress in a way we understood. We would thoroughly recommend him.

The engineer Daniel was again first class, arrived bang on time polite and explained everything he was doing and why. We used ADI to determine the cause of our rising damp and flooded sub floor. Mathew Barron was our engineer and was very pleasant and proffesional. Mathew was thorough in determining the cause of our damp and explained what he was doing during the detection. Hi tech equipment was used i.e thermal imaging cameras and drones. A full report from ADI was sent to me within three days and a very proffesional report it was too. This was then forwarded to our insurers. I would highly recommend ADI pro leak detection.

Brilliant service
Mark was brilliant, he thoroughly assessed the situation, checked in a very uncomfortable crawl space under the property and actually located the leak (something Southern Water have failed to do 3 times). Bless him, he worked very hard in some extremely challenging weather, but most importantly he found & fixed the issue on the day. Extremely happy with the service
Very happy with the service, the engineer (Kristof) was very tidy and organised, he even helped us move our kitchen units, which shouldn't be his job really. The leak was under the floor, so a hole had to be made to get access to the leak, but the hole was made quite small and carefully, the damage was so much minimum than we expected. A big relief and really grateful we found ADI. Definitely will recommend without a shadow of doubt.

Fast, effective leak diagnosis and repair
Fundamentally, the engineer (Mark Pavitt) identified the source of the leak, repaired it and had our house back up and running within the same day. As part of achieving this, he kept the damage to a minimum (only having to cut out sections of the kitchen plasterboard ceiling). He cleaned up the debris, was polite, cheerful and informative of root cause and actions throughout the day. I think the key to success is having an engineer that has expertise in both leak detection and plumbing.
Fabulous leak detection and repair service
Having had another leak detection firm charge me a fortune to try and tell me there was no leak ADI came to visit today. Gabor our engineer was brilliant and located the leak within a couple if hours under the floor in the hallway. He then dug out the area and replaced the area of pipework solving our problem. This has been going on for months, I only wish we had found ADI earlier. Highly recommended.

A heating leak under concrete floor.
The Engineer Scott attended to locate a heating pipes under a concrete floor , he identified the area using a thermal imaging camera and then used a breaker to expose the pipe work and found the problem. He then drained the system and replaced the pipe. He was excellent and did a brilliant job. Highly recommend and a credit to ADI. Thank you.

From booking the appointment to the visit, it was very professional & friendly experience. Caroline who took my call & booked the appointment was great. All of the interaction we had with ADI, from the initial phone booking process with Christian to the engineer visit from Darren was excellent. Kristof was great, identified the problem on my ground floor which wasn't easy to find, fixed it, re-fitted the floor impeccably. Not cheap but better to use these guys than some of the other options who waste time and bill by the hour etc. The customer service rep was also very good. Clear comms.
James was very friendly and extremely competent handling many gadgets very professionally. He spoke to Thames Water who promised him they would deal with this within four hours and we did not need a stopcock and they agreed. He confirmed it is their meter problem and whilst TW did visit within 4 hours, we await the work by them to stop the leak. We are hopeful - James has made it possible to get this long running problem sorted . Thank you

Water leak.
Hi this water leak was in Sheffield and Robert from ADI arrived on time. Very polite and informative and took us through every stage of what he was doing. In the end the water leak was located outside and by using his sensors and water leak equipment was able to trace the leak within a metre. Robert began to dig located the leak and repaired the pipe. Excellent job by Robert, this leak was at my mother’s house who is 90 years of age so was really relieved when the leak was found. As the leak was on mother’s property the water board didn’t want to know. Well done Robert and ADI.
Matthew was excellent
Matthew arrived early and transferred a large amount of equipment to the house. He was very thorough in his attempt to trace where the water loss was.He explained what he was doing during the whole process including sound detection and gas / pressure checks. By a process of elimination he finally traced the loss to the toilet cistern. Brilliant work. Not cheap but worth it! My usual plumber had been unable to find the problem and had suggested getting someone with additional equipment as above. Glad I did.

Central Heating Leak
Brett kept us informed and updated as he worked through the house using different methods to locate the leak. After carefully and methodically identifying the location he used 3 alternative methods to verify that it was the location. Very thorough, tidy, knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Hamaad came round to look into a leak we’ve had in our flat for some time and unable to source. He managed to source leak with the flat above quickly and advise flat above on how to resolve. Excellent service. Elusive water leak was found underground with your specialised equipment and then repaired. Robert Gires, your technician was superb. He was on time, polite, considerate and professional and he worked all day from 9.30 until 5.00 until he had resolved the issue. If there are bonuses going he deserves one!

Had a great experience with ADI, from the initial call with Monique to our engineer Mark Pavitt. Both were super accommodating and friendly. Mark is clearly really experienced and was able to locate and fix the leak in the day. I’d really recommend using them if you’re looking for help with a potential leak.
James arrived ahead of time a very likeable guy.He got on with the work well, and updated me every hour or so.He knew the leak was under slabs or crazy paving adjoining.However,because plastic insulation was placed below the slabs and also an inch of concrete, it was difficult to detect the exact spot. After digging up a small crazy paving area which proved negative,he then removed 2 big slabs dug down and there was the problem.He then mended the leaking pipe ,tested it and finished the job. I thought he was brilliant at his job.

I would definitely recommend ADI. Very professional on the phone they explain what the engineer would do on site. The engineer Phil did a fantastic job from start to finish repairing our leak under our conservatory. Phil was very friendly and professional. He explained everything what he was doing . From first contact to final receipt of invoice and report, they have been very professional and extremely helpful. The engineer that attended (Gabor) was very thorough and explained every step he was undertaking to resolve the issue. His persistence was of the highest level and resulted in a positive identification of the issue which he fixed straight away.

Contacted ADI mid morning after a water leak which submerged most of our rooms with water in our bungalow.. Rob was fantastic he arranged for a visit that same day to track and trace where the leak came from. Their engineer Gabor was very meticulous,knowledgeable and professional.would highly recommend. Paul was amazing! Found the leak straight away but verified it was where he thought it was! Dug up the block paving straight to the pipe and found a leaking joint. Fixed it straight away and 3 hours later we were sorted!

Excellent work
We have just had Hammad out and he was fantastic. He rang me yesterday to confirm the booking and arrived right on time. He was very professional. He was also very friendly and easy to talk to. He managed to locate our leak which was under the concrete in our kitchen floor. He told me right throughout what he was doing and why. He fixed the leak and did a very thorough job. He cleaned up after he was done and I can't recommend him enough. I would be happy for him to do jobs in my house again any time.

A friendly and professional service. We got someone out to us very quickly - Robert was great, he identified the problem and had a number of recommendations to improve other aspects of the heating and plumbing, including suggestions which could save us money in the long run.
