    About Diss

This is an electoral ward and a market town located in South Norfolk. It has an interesting history, and many would consider it a desirable place to live. So without further ado, check out these places to visit.

The 100th Bomb Group Memorial Museum. This museum is the home of the original airfield control tower and atmospheric buildings. It's a fascinating museum that is run by intelligent volunteers who have a passion for history.

This memorial museum is dedicated to commemorating and preserving the stories of the involvement of Americans in WWII. The museum's tower is always in excellent condition, and the equipment is very impressive. It's a hidden gem, and it's worth visiting.

Trelawn Alpacas. The farm has 11 alpacas that visitors would get to meet when they are in South Norfolk Countryside. They provide a permanent home and a sanctuary to their fleeced creatures. In addition, they offer an exclusive and even intimate alpaca experience to small groups with curious and charming animals. Everyone is welcome to visit, and surely the visit would be worth it.
Diss Mere. If something you should not miss about Diss, then it's the mysterious body of water called Mere that is worth visiting. The lake is known to be thousands of years old which covers 6-acres. It has been the centre of life in Diss for its entire history. It's a pleasant area that comes with a path part way around. The place has a lot of seating places to relax. There is also a fountain and other stunning views and properties.

Shorelands Wildlife Gardens. This is a lovely place to go with your family. Though the place is small, this is still Diss's best landmark to visit. There are great birds and animals, and the picnic area is such a nice place for children to play. There's also a small cafe and shop on site.
