Our thermal imaging camera systems can quickly and accurately identify warm and cool areas in your walls or floors, which are a sure sign of a leak of some kind, this is the same type of technology used in military targeting systems on attack helicopters.

Acoustic

Our acoustic leak detectors, similar to ultrasonic devices, can “listen” for the sounds of a leak anywhere up to 3 metres beneath the surface of your property; this eliminates guesswork on our part.

Tracer Gas

When we’re tracing difficult leaks we can “flood” your heating system with a safe gas that then leaks out through those tiniest of cracks. When the tracing gas leaks out it’s quickly identified by our “gas sniffers” so we know exactly where the leak is coming from.

Leak Correlation

For leaks causing problems over a wider area our leak correlators can detect the sound of a leak, from multiple locations, and then use complex computer software to calculate the precise point of that leak – even on leaks spread over an area of up to 600 metres.
