    About Grimsby

Known as a port town and an administrative center of the Northeastern parts of Lincolnshire, England, Grimsby is a place to be. Though fishing was bad before, Grimsby was formerly a homeport for the world’s largest fleet in the mid-20th. Here are the places you can find in Grimsby.

Grimsby Fishing Heritage Centre. Since Grimsby was formerly a home port, the Grimsby Fishing Heritage Centre is where you can experience and witness the fishing industry of Great Grimsby. Fishing was a job that was often labeled as the most dangerous job in the United Kingdom. However, the UK’s fishermen risked their lives to bring fish to the port. At Grimsby’s Fishing Centre, you will get to know their story.

Dock Beers. This brewery is a craft beer, beer shop, and taproom located in the old Church that is near Grimsby’s popular docks. This brewery is very much inspired by the hard work and location of dockers in the past and the present. They brew their beers in the brewery, making tourists and visitors become impressed while they sip a pint from the number of Docks Beers.
Time Trap Museum. It is a very nice attraction located just within the formerly known cells in the Grimsby Town Hall. This museum will take visitors on a time travel trip and journey to unleash the town’s interesting past.

There are twisting corridors that will let you explore the crannies and mysterious corners as you pass through. You will get to know the treasures of the town as you form together with the jigsaw that shows how Grimsby was developed.

Grimsby Minster. Grimsby is a Church located at the heart of the town’s borough. This is a church for everyone. A place in town for about 900 years that turns the town into moments of great joy and even sadness. They are proud to host the annual Service of Remembrance and civic services. They also host weddings, funerals, and baptisms.
