About Barnoldswick

The Borough of Pendle has Barnoldswick as its civil parish and a town. It is in the Lancashire county of England. This town and some of its environs, especially parts of West Craven, belonged to the West Riding Yorkshire but were later reorganized by the government.

This town has served as the home of Esse stoves since 1854. This is one of the oldest stove makers in the UK. The stove firm has manufactured stoves in the area since 1854, with its major customers being River Cottage, Florence Nightingale, Alan Hinkes, and Shackleton and Scott. The head office of this stove manufacturing firm is in this town.

Some of the major attractions in this town include Bolton Abbey, Burnsall Village, Cliffe Castle Museum, Bronte Parsonage Museum, Bancroft Mill Engine Museum, Animal Quackers located in Huttock Top Farm, Centre Vale Park, among others.
