LONDON PRESTIGE AWARDS WINNER
Today we are super excited to announce that we are the winners of the 2019/2020 London Prestige Awards for Water Leak Detection Company of the year!
This comes as a breath of fresh air after what has been a challenging year so far. Summer is generally a quieter season in the Leak Detection industry – with central heating leak detection inquiries being at their lowest levels during the warmer months of the year, and we are all spending less as a precaution against the uncertainty of how Brexit will affect our country’s economic climate.
We have been working really hard to go the extra mile for each of our customers, to invest in new equipment that will make the Leak Detection process ever more streamlined and efficient, and to encourage our customers to share their positive reviews in order to keep business coming in thick and fast. Even our website got a complete makeover several weeks back!
And what a fantastic reward for all our efforts!

- Marketing and Branding – looks for evidence of a successful marketing strategy and originality within our brand.
- Employee satisfaction – to what extent to we have a happy working environment, where employees are efficient, passionate and committed to the company.

While we are thrilled with our Win, we will now take it upon ourselves to ensure that we maintain these standards throughout all aspects of our business and the service we provide, from central heating system leak detection, domestic/commercial internal and external water mains leak detection and swimming pool leak detection.
We know there is always room for improvement, and at this very moment we have a team working on a brand new integrated CRM which should have a notable impact on the efficiency and effectiveness on the whole of the admin side of our business. Particularly our report and invoicing system which for many customers is the most important part of our service. We cannot wait for this to be launched.
