      About Haddenham

      Haddenham is a village and civil parish in west Buckinghamshire, England. It is about 5 miles south-west of Aylesbury and 4 miles north-east of Thame in neighbouring Oxfordshire. Its name is derived from Old English which means either “Haeda’s Homestead” or “the home of the Hadding tribe”. The village is known for its ponds, which were used to breed Aylesbury ducks. Recently, the town was officially rated as one of the most desirable places to live in England for its picturesque views and collection of amenities.
