We use 4 different, but related, types of leak detection equipment in all of our leak tracing work and each piece of equipment is non-invasive in nature. Visual Leak Detection
The thermal imaging cameras in use by our engineers allow us to search behind your walls and floors for temperature differences, which show up as hot or cold areas, and these are the sure sign of a hidden leak. We can see where the leak is so we never need to guesstimate.
Acoustic Leak Detection
Our advanced acoustic detectors help us track underground leaks, to a depth of 3 metres, with a very high level of accuracy. This means we don’t need to dig random holes hoping to find a leak – we already know exactly where it is.
Tracer Gas Leak Detection
We use a special type of leak detection gas and “gas sniffers” to find even the smallest of leaks and again this doesn’t involve any digging or drilling
Leak Correlators
If you have multiple leaks or leaks that are spread across a farm, airport or industrial unit, then the leak correlation systems we use can trace even multiple leaks with an incredible degree of accuracy to a range of 600 metres.
We also carry out a complete leak survey of your home so as to prevent any future undetected leaks causing you problems.
